The Onalaska ISD Board of School Trustees is seeking an educational leader to serve as the

Superintendent of Schools.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas Superintendent Certification
• Five or more years recent Texas public school administrative experience.

Expectations:

• Be honest and transparent in all school business
• Have the ability to communicate well with all stakeholders
• Hold a working knowledge of school budgeting and finance
• Hold a strong background in student performance issues
• Preferably live in the school district
• Be involved in the community as well as school activities

Salary: Commensurate with experience
