JOB TITLE: HR Coordinator

REPORTS TO: District Business Manager

DEPARTMENT/SCHOOL: Administration

WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Exempt

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Under the direct supervision of the Business Manager the HR Coordinator will be responsible for multiple aspects of Human Resources including onboarding, payroll processing and benefit administration, while adhering to local, state and federal regulations.  

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School diploma or equivalent; Knowledge of labor and employment laws/practices; Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other advanced computer skills; Ability to communicate with a variety of personnel; Ability to problem solve; Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality; Prior human resource experience in a school district setting preferred.
